Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping to Canada is coming soon.
Processing time
Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping costs
- Orders $20 and over: free shipping.
- Orders under $20: flat $4.99 standard shipping.
Delivery times
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and aren’t guaranteed.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking hasn’t updated for 7 days or your package arrives damaged, email us at admin@velurelle.com with your order number and we’ll make it right.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away — we can update it if your order hasn’t shipped yet.
